PERSONAL TRAINING FAQs

We have two standard options for you to choose from, a 45-minute session or a 1 hour session.

If you have a different length of time in mind, please contact us so we can discuss it further.

No equipment, no problem! We come fully equipped ready for a heart pumping full body workout. The location of your workout will determine what kind of equipment we’re able to use.

That’s entirely up to you! Some people love the comfort of their own home, others enjoy a park or office setting, and some like to travel to our home gym.

Expect to sweat! Our trainers will bring a variety of equipment to challenge and motivate you. Anything from bands, stability balls, and medicine balls, to ropes, agility ladders, and TRX’s to get you moving and having fun. Not into all the equipment? No problem we can also have a bodyw8 workout where there’s no equipment needed.
Life is unpredictable at times, we get it, that’s why we’ve implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and it cannot be rescheduled for the same week then it is a lost session. However if a session is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice, we can reschedule it, no problem!

We hold certifications as pre/post natal specialists, junior fit specialist, senior fit specialist…

I am my happiest when I am surrounded by the people I love, when I’m out surrounded in nature, or when I’m enjoying a big bowl of popcorn and a glass of wine…ha, no joke! 

My kids! They see and hear everything so I want to be the best version of myself to inspire them to do the same.  I’m motivated to feel healthy and strong and set a positive example.

I’d like to become the oldest human being to ever live!  Seriously.

I love the ropes!  They feel the most natural to me. I can get into a rhythm and it feels like I could keep them going forever.
