Recently I’ve been trying to practice more gratitude.
I find that when I’m more consistently practicing this, I tend to feel happier, have a calmer approach when dealing with my children, and are more grateful for the little things in life.
Before my feet hit the floor in the morning, I’ve been thinking about 2-3 things that I am grateful for.
1. Waking up in this warm and cozy bed.
2. My kids slept through the night.
3. The sun is shining today.
Starting my day with gratitude puts a smile on my face and starts my day on a positive note.
