Snacks | Homemade Hummus
2 cans garbanzo beans
¼ cup raw sesame seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, peeled
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Drain and rise garbanzo beans, reserving ¼ cup liquid.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
3. Add water or olive oil until desired consistency is reached.
4. Serve with 1 cup fresh raw vegetables.
